GRIEF SHARE

Forest Hill Church of God at 5508 Moffet Road in Mobile will have Grief Share beginning Wednesday, January 8th at 6pm for 13 weeks.   The program is based on biblical principles to help those in a journey through losing a loved one.  The meetings will be held in Fellowship Hall.  For more information the number is (251) 342-0233.

DIVORCE CARE
WEDNESDAY (4-7)
Forest Hill Church of God at 5508 Moffet Road Mobile will offer Divorce Care Classes beginning Wednesday, February 12th at 6:30 PM.  This is a 13 week course to help those going through divorce or separation. Child care is provided. For more information the number is (251) 342-0233.

 

LEADERSHIP EVENT

MAR 24-26
Agency on Aging and University of Alabama are hosting a 3 day leadership institute for Seniors 55+ March 24-26 from 9am until 2pm.  The first and third sessions will be at GM&O Bldg, 110 Beauregard Street. The second session will be at University of South Alabama Faculty Club, 6350 Fincher Road.  Those attending will learn how to connect to volunteer opportunities in your community and the latest on issues impacting seniors, including potential cuts to Medicaid/Medicare.  For more information the number is (251) 706-4676.

 

FRIDAY NIGHT

Body of Christ Ministries with Tony Glover will have an outdoor service for the community of Atmore & surrounding areas on Friday, March 28th at 7:30pm.  The service will be at 207 West Ridgely Street in Atmore.  Those attending are asked to bring lawn chairs for seating.  

 

CRAWFISH BOIL

The Spanish Fort Education Enrichment Foundation and the City of Spanish Fort are hosting the Inaugural Bulls & Bugs Crawfish Boil, Saturday, March 29th from 4:00-8:00pm at Spanish Fort City Hall. For more information sfeefdirector@gmail.com. 

SUNDAY NIGHT SING

YOUTH NIGHT

Christian Faith Assembly at 16169 Silverhill Ave in Silverhill will have Youth Night Friday, April 4th at 7pm.  The service is for everyone, children age 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent.  There will be Worship music follow by message from Youth Pastor, Tony Glover.  

 

HOP ON THE HILL

Spring Hill Merchant Association at 4358 Old Shell Road in Mobile is hosting their Annual Hop on the Hill. Saturday, April 5th from 10am until 2pm.  Merchants will be handing out filled Easter Eggs and goodies. There will be games and photo opportunities as well. Everyone is invited to attend.   

 

 

BIBLE STUDY

APR 5-DEC 15
The Jubilee Youth Service Leadership Academy of Mobile will begin a Christ-centered, Bible Study for boys ages 12 to 18 eager to deepen their faith and develop a personal relationship with Christ.  The Bible Study  begins Saturday, April 5th from 8:30am until 1pm at Mitternight Recreation Center, 5310 Colonial Oaks Drive N.  For more information the number is (251) 591-8041.

 


SPRING JUBLIEE

Foley Assembly of God at 314 East Azalea Ave in Foley will host Spring Jubilee Saturday, April 12th from 10am until 12PM.  This will be a day of family fun with games, inflatables, crafts, prizes, and the Gospel Message! Everyone is welcome to attend.  

EGG HUNT

Grand Bay Ministries at 12420 Wayne Moore Road in Grand Bay will have an Easter Egg Hunt Saturday, April 12th at 10am.  There will be inflatables, music and food.  

 

 

HURTING MOMS
APR 17 (6/19)
A group hurting moms will begin a 10 week virtual study Thursday, April 17th at 7:30pm using “Hurting Moms Mending Hearts”.  The study is for women to share their heartaches with other women who experience this because of their children’s choices. SPRING FEST

Lighthouse Worship Center of Lucedale MS is hosting their 5th Annual Arts and Craft Festival at the George County Fairgrounds Saturday, April 26th from 8am until 4pm. There will be games for kids, dunk tank, blood drive, food trucks and live music.  

 

MENTAL HEALTH FAIR

NAMI BALDWIN County Mental Health Services is hosting its fourth annual MENTAL HEALTH FAIR on Saturday, April 26th from 10am until 2pm at Honeybee Park in Robertsdale.  The event aims to increase awareness of mental health resources and strengthen community connection to essential services. 

 

BLOCK PARTY

The OneLove Block Party will be held Saturday, May 3rd from 3pm until 6pm at Trinity Gardens Park, 3100 Bank Ave in Mobile.  This block party aims to bridge the gap between community and essential resources by fostering stronger connections among residents, and showcase local talent within the arts.
